Service of Healing & Wholeness

Are you feeling over-stressed by the demands of the day? Are you open to prayer for your spiritual, physical or emotional health? Are you grieving a loss? Would you like to hold space* for someone you know who is struggling? Would you like to connect with the Holy Spirit and celebrate the work of God in your life?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are invited to a Service of Healing and Wholeness on Wednesday, September 12 at 6 p.m. in the Chapel at First Presbyterian Church of Dallas. This service is designed to create safe space and quiet time for individual and corporate prayer, individual and corporate blessings, anointing with oil, scripture readings, and music. Please feel free to bring family and friends.

*Holding space for another person is incredibly profound. It says to someone we are ‘holding’ them in beautiful, spacious vessel (space) of caring so we can soften into their pain, acknowledge it, and let it go instead of being trapped in grief, anger or loss.
